On March 5, the first meeting of the Committee of the Regions' Automotive Intergroup (CoRAI) will take place in Brussels, at the Committee of the Regions, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Automotive Package of the EC. The discussion will serve to advance a new opinion document and work on a carefully tailored response to the package.

On Wednesday, December 10, the CoRAI meeting took place in Brussels from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The meeting focused on the innovative self-driving car, which, powered by artificial intelligence and R&D&I, is now a reality in the automotive sector. The meeting was chaired by CoRAI, with representatives from the industry in Saxony and the director of CLEPA in attendance.
The 6th meeting from the ENVE Commission took place on Friday 5th of December in Brussels, from 11:00 to 17:00, with the intervention of the Director General for External Action, Sergio Pérez.

The Clusters Meet Regions initiative brings the European cluster community closer to regional actors to explore how cooperation can strengthen industrial ecosystems and accelerate Europe’s green and digital transitions.

On November 5, the Permanent Office of Navarre to the EU participated in an event in which 25 regional presidents and ministers debated with 25 MEPs and shared a common vision for a strengthened cohesion policy after 2027 that would serve all territories, specific projects, and citizens.

The President of the Regional Government of Navarra , María Chivite, took part in the CoR plenary session. At the plenary session, in which she spoke on various points related to cohesion policies, regional cooperation and the demographic challenge, she defended a decentralised European cohesion policy, which continues to rely on the regions to gain in proximity and efficiency, working from cooperation between regions and multilevel governance, in order to successfully implement the digital, green and fair transitions.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the creation of the European Committee of the Regions, a celebration was held in which Navarra participated with a stand where guests were able to taste wine and other Navarrese products.

The President of Navarra, María Chivite, has asked the European institutions for a commitment to face the transition of the automotive sector towards electric mobility. At the political breakfast in Brussels, he emphasized the importance of a European project that respects regional specificities and promotes cohesion. The transfer of the ARA presidency from Navarra to the Italian region of Lombardy on November 28 has also been mentioned.

The FAIRNESS project aims to promote arbitration as a mechanism for resolving consumer disputes between consumers and businesses and professionals, and as an alternative to the courts, in line with European recommendations. Through the Consumer Arbitration System, the parties voluntarily entrust an arbitration body, which acts impartially, independently and confidentially, with the decision on the dispute or conflict that has arisen between them in a consumer relationship. This decision, binding on both parties, has the same effectiveness as a judgement. Moreover, it is a confidential, impartial, independent, agile and free service.
We organise this session in the context of the Festival for the European Year of Competences and on the occasion of Europe Day. With it, from the Delegation, we want to offer practical and concrete information about the skills that our students in Vocational Education and Training can develop and how to do it, to be better prepared for the employment of the future. To do this, we will have representatives from other European regions, who will share good practices in the field.
