Last week Luis Goñi from SODENA visited the Delegation, who was a speaker in the ERRIN event: "Smart Specialisation WG meeting: Interregional collaboration instruments to boost innovation: taking stock & next steps"  where he explained the proposal of the European Valley of Circular Innovation in Navarra.
