We accompanied students from the University of Navarra's Global Journalism program on their visit to REPER, where they received explanations about the functioning of the European Council from a Navarran ambassador.
The students took part in a lively discussion with diplomat Laura Martínez Bocos, who explained how the Council's foreign affairs formation works and the complicated mechanics of reaching agreements. The different interests and how they play out were explained by someone with extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the Union.
