The Permanent Office of Navarre to the EU has collaborated in organizing a visit by a group of students from different schools in Pamplona/Iruña to the capital of the EU as part of the ERASMUS + Destination Europe program: from Pamplona/Iruña to Brussels.
These eight students and their two chaperones (Elena and Estibaliz) were able to learn about how the Office works and the work we do, as well as the main EU institutions, such as the Commission, the Council, and the European Parliament. We also arranged a visit to a body of fundamental importance to Navarre, the Committee of the Regions (CoR).
We included a more leisurely day in the trip, during which they were able to enjoy one of the most iconic symbols of the Belgian capital, the Atomium.
It was a real pleasure to meet such promising young people from our region with a bright future ahead of them.
