Visits to the Delegation
MISSION MAYORS OF NAVARRA
On January 25, 26, 27, and 28, a group of local elected officials traveled to Brussels to learn about the functioning of the EU and its main institutions.
The mission's program began with a visit to the Permanent Office of the Government of Navarre to the European Union, followed by visits to the European Committee of the Regions and the European Parliament. Meetings were also held with representatives of European institutions on current issues of interest to local administrations.
The participants in the mission also had the opportunity to meet Navarrese men and women who live and work in Brussels, many of them in European institutions. This meeting, organized by the Office of the Government of Navarre to the European Union, was chaired by Vice President Ollo and presided over by the Director General of External Action, Sergio Pérez.
